• Our aim is to have your order picked and packed within 2 working days from the time we receive your order. Orders received during the weekend will be packed and processed on Tuesday.
• Example: If courier driver picks up the goods on Tuesday, it should arrive Wednesday / Thursday afternoon.
• There are No deliveries made during the weekends, all deliveries will only arrive during business working hours Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm.
• Although our aim is to deliver your goods overnight, please allow an extra day or 2 in-case unexpected delays may occur during your delivery cycle. We will attempt to redeliver your goods the next working day.
• Saturday delivery can be arranged on special request.
• Across New Zealand, deliveries will be made in 1-3 working days unless it’s Urgent which has a turnaround time of 1 day, with additional cost.
• Delivery charges will be $7.50 for orders under $100. Orders above $100 will be delivered for Free.
• We can deliver goods to Australia in 2 to 5 working days.
• Delivery charges will be $25 for orders under $250. Orders above $250 will be delivered for Free.
