  • We are happy to exchange the goods or provide you with an in-store credit within 14 days from the time of invoice, providing the goods are in original condition not been worn or decorated.
  • If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligation under Consumer Guarantees Act to provide the refund once the goods are received. Refund will be generated on original mode of payment.
  • Customer is liable to pay the freight to send back unless the goods were wrongly supplied or damaged.
  • Sale items won’t be accepted for a return unless it’s faulty.
